Flash Sale Items with No-Return Policy

Free-size or multi-color items are also not eligible for returns. Products listed as multi-color, free-size, assorted colors, or assorted designs cannot guarantee specific sizes or colors and are subject to availability.

Return & Replacement Policy
To request a return, please verify whether the purchased product is covered by our Warranty Policy. If the product qualifies for warranty, a return can be requested under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged or not functioning, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product, a replacement (excluding markdown products, flash sales, seasonal sales, and special offers) is available, provided you select another product of equal or greater value (delivery charges will apply).
  • Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Procedure

  • Approved: If the product is found to be faulty according to our policy, we will initiate the replacement process.
  • Not Approved: For products that are not faulty and are returned due to dissatisfaction, a pickup charge of AED 30 and delivery charges for the replacement will apply.
  • Products that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery to major areas in the UAE during promotional periods. For other deliveries, charges depend on the product and delivery location.
